The Power of Red Clover


Red Clover is an herb rich in phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens have been shown to prevent diseases like breast cancer and osteoporosis and are great remedies for menopause. Abundance is About Your Mindset not Your Bank Account


Many people want financial abundance but we often do not realize what abundance is. Abundance is a state of being or state of mind. Abundance is within you too and you are free to be abundant anytime you want. Abundance can be thought of as a feeling. It has been told to many of us that the Kingdom of Heaven is within. That is true! Why? Because abundance, wealth, happiness, and joy are all within us and that is what we really want. We might WANT the money but we REALLY WANT is the good feeling or experience associated with having the money. You would not money if it did not bring security, peace, freedom and happiness. If money did not bring that, it would just be some green paper with pretty ink on it which is what it is anyways. Money, cars, a great business, and great money making opportunities are just physical manifestations of those states of mind within. A lack of money is also a reflection that you have not been really BEING ABUNDANT but have spent more time being broke. How do BE Broke? By focusing on what you do not have which only creates more of NOT HAVING. You also may have limiting beliefs like "Money is the root of all evil" and "Rich people are crooks". If you have those beliefs then you will unconsciously and literally kick money away from you. Your beliefs and programming regarding money is the reason for the financial results in your life. You are the sole creator of your financial results; your job is not responsible for this nor is the economy. So if you want to create better financial results, then you have to create new supportive beliefs and also take full responsibility for your financial well-being. I attended a great seminar known as the Millionaire Mind, several years ago which greatly helped to increase my wealth, self-esteem and my happiness. It is a great event that is not just filled with sales presentations. They are a few sales presentations but most of the event is about teaching you about how your beliefs and mindset have blocked from having financial success. Heavenly Halloween Smoothie

Yes, it is Halloween. A day where people dress up in all types of costumes and millions of kids are given drugs, oops I mean candy. I recently did a video on how Halloween Creates Drug Fiends. Whether or not you will be celebrating Halloween, you can enjoy this delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie that incorporates many of the delicious foods that we have around fall/autumn. One of those nutritious foods is pumpkin. Pumpkin is actually a fruit loaded with beneficial fiber and the powerful anti-oxidant beta carotene (Vitamin A). Pumpkin also contain potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and the vitamins C and E.

The seeds of the pumpkin also very nutritious and a high quality fat that you can consume. They contain zinc, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, cooper, B-vitamins, vitamin K, beneficial fiber, and plant protein. Pumpkin seeds have been shown to be effective against depression and learning disabilities. They are also effective at preventing prostate cancer. Pumpkin seeds are effective at removing parasites from your body.

Another nutritious fall food are Dates. They are extremely sweet and rich in nutrients. Dates are a good source of fiber, calcium, potassium, B-Vitamins, magnesium, protein, and abundance of trace minerals like copper and magnesium. Dates are beneficial for digestive problems like diarrhea. It is even helpful for constipation. I recommend everyone use dates in their smoothies instead of isolated sweeteners like agave, maple syrup, or regular sugar. Beta carotene, which is a pre-cursor to Vitamin A, is best absorbed in the body when consumed with fat. This recipe can be enjoyed by parents and children alike. Enjoy!

Heavenly Halloween Smoothie:

1 can pumpkin puree (16 oz)
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 1/2 cups canned organic coconut milk or purified water
5 pitted Dates
1-2 tbsp raw organic honey (if necessary)
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon


Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds, coconut milk or water, dates, nutmeg, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. If you need more sweetness, you can use 1-2 tablespoons of raw organic honey.
Recipe serves 2-3 people

Overcoming Yeast Infections

Yeast infections are a common occurrence with many women. There are primarily caused by anti-biotics or the usage of birth control pills. Anti-biotics destroy the healthy flora in your vagina causing a yeast overgrowth. Birth control pills also cause yeast infections. Birth control pills are one of the worst things a women can ever take. They have become more popular in the past several years and a result of that is the increase in yeast infections amongst women. A bad diet and stress also contributes to a yeast infection. The processed food diet filled with refined grains and sugars play a major role in candida overgrowth which often leads to a yeast infection. Stress also causes the good bacteria in your vagina to die. Stress is a major killer here in America. There are numerous tools for reducing or managing stress and the most effective one is the Emotional Freedom Technique. This technique is an highly effective acupressure technique which addresses the CAUSE of your stress so it can be relieved. A lot of stress is caused by our negative thinking and focus. One great way to relieve stress is to turn off the TV. TV gives you nothing but fear and if you have no clue what is going on in the world, then will likely stress less. Usually what is going on the world does not affect you anyways. You can use the Emotional Freedom Technique when you find yourself stressed or down. You can also use it when you catch yourself stressing (being negative). The technique will eliminate stress and those negative feelings and thoughts often in a matter of minutes.

How You Can Lose 20 or More Pounds This Month Through a Diet Change

No, it is not through taking some diet pills or starving your body. It is through changing your diet. For years now, I have been eating a mostly raw foods diet and when I first got exposed to the diet, I was amazed at the amount of people who lost 200 pounds in two years. Phillip McCluskey is an example of this. There is another person by the name of Angela Stokes who lost 160 pounds through a raw foods diet. These people did not work out or go on a diet but yet were able to achieve phenomenal results seemingly effortlessly. The effectiveness of the raw foods diet in comparison to other "diets" has also been proven in comparison to other diets on Tyra Banks. I never understood why this happened but I have seen countless stories of people who have had astounding results through switching to the raw foods diet. The raw foods diet or eating regimen is a vegetarian diet that includes unprocessed and uncooked fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. That is it! Now you might think well of course they lost weight if that is all they were eating. However most people who have gone on raw foods eating regimen and achieved success violated all of the so-called golden rules of losing weight. First, these individuals were eating carbs including carbs high on the GI index like dates and bananas and many commercial weight loss plans tell you to avoid carbs. Second, these individuals were eating significant portions of fat and again we are told that fat makes us and to limit our intake of it. Third, none of these individuals were restricting or counting their calories whatsoever and just about every weight loss plan tells us to restrict our calories and to exercise to burn calories. These people could have been eating anywhere from 2500 to 3000 calories. These individuals did NONE of these things and were able to lose weight. How is that so? Well based on the research I have done in weight loss, it is was about more so what they had eliminated from their diet than all the healthy foods they were eating. There are three foods that makes people fat and prevent people from losing it and 2 of the foods are not present in the raw foods diet whatsoever. One of the foods can be present in varying amounts. Essentially the success that people have had through consuming a raw foods diet puts all the weight loss myths to bed. The myths that you have to restrict calories, work out, and avoid carbs or fats. People who consumed the raw foods diet for weight loss did none of that and have way better results than average diet pill popping, Weight Watching American. This raw food diet success for weight loss is because of SCIENCE. I would state that consuming a raw foods diet is the best "diet" for weight loss and the science supports me in this claim. Now you do not have to become a raw vegan to lose weight but you DO have to give up the THREE FOODS that are causing to gain and struggle to lose weight. However, going on a raw foods eating regimen for a month could yield you phenomenal results in 30 days including the lose of 20 of more pounds without dieting, working out, or counting calories!

Berry Delight Smoothie

I love Dates and I love Smoothies. Smoothies are a great way to get more anti-oxidant rich fruits into your diet. Smoothies are easy to make, can be really tasty, and can be given to children as a "sweet" way to get more nutrition into their diet. Fruits are loaded with fiber, minerals, and nutrients and increased consumption of many of these fruits can help prevent infections and decrease your risk of just about every disease you can think of. I am a big fan of berries so this smoothie recipe below will contain lots of berries which are usually very high in immune boosting Vitamin C.

Dates are on the other hand are a delicious fruit that is native to the Middle East. They are extremely sweet and rich in nutrients. Dates are a good source of fiber, calcium, potassium, B-Vitamins, magnesium, protein, and abundance of trace minerals like copper and magnesium. I recommend everyone use Dates in their smoothies instead of isolated sweeteners like agave, maple syrup, or regular sugar. Here is a delicious recipe I created:

Berry Delight Smoothie

1 Banana
1/2 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 organic raspberries (fresh or frozen)
3 pitted Deglett Noor dates or 2 pitted Medjool Dates
1 tbsp organic expeller pressed coconut oil
1/4 cup purified H20 (add more if necessary)

I recommend purchasing strawberries and raspberries organic due to the high levels of pesticides used on them.

Add the ingredients to a blender with water and blend. Enjoy!
The recipe serves 1 to 2 people.

Note: To make the smoothies more "berry" and beneficial for the immune system, you can add 1 tablespoon of Elderberry powder. Elderberry is an berry which is beneficial in boosting the immune system and preventing colds and flus. Elderberry is also a great natural remedy for the cold or all flus. Elderberry is also rich in anti-oxidants and contain twice as many as blueberries.

Gluten-Free Honey Cornbread

I love some cornbread! I am from the East Coast where we like our cornbread sweet. However when I relocated to the South, their cornbread was less sweet but I still liked it. Cornbread can be a healthy treat too as long you avoid the refined wheat, processed sugars, unsaturated fats, and pasteurized dairy. Unbeknownest to many people, I am a cook too. I have been a cook about as long as I have been a health expert which I feel compliment each other very well. I know about health and nutrition and I know how to prepare healthy and healing meals that are tasty! Here is my own healthy gluten-free version of an all-time classic!

Recipe

1 cup organic oat flour
1 cup organic cornmeal or organic blue corn meal
1 tsp non-aluminum baking powder
1/3 cup organic expeller pressed coconut oil
1 cup organic coconut milk or organic almond milk
½ teaspoon of sea salt
1/3 cup raw organic honey
1 tsp of organic vanilla extract
3 tsp of Egg Replacer thoroughly mixed with 4 tbsp of purified water or 4 tbsp of arrowroot flour as an egg substitute
(2 Organic Eggs can also be used)
Dash of cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with coconut oil.
2. In a large bowl, stir together oat flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon or arrowroot flour (if you use this as an egg substitute). Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the coconut or almond milk, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and Egg Replacer mixture (avoid adding egg replacer mixture if you are using arrowroot as an egg substitute); stir to combine. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
